Purpose of the position
To guarantee the store contribution and growth by implementing and maintaining actions in line with Company Brand strategy.
Duties and responsibilities
Network and client management
- To develop and promote a loyal clientele according to the sales and brand strategy
- Development of Company's customer satisfaction in line with Company Brand guidelines
- Ambassador for the brand within his/her market, being responsible for the stores external relations within its competitive environment -- marketing, merchandising, local activities etc
- Market studies (competitors, customers etc.)
Determination of the "successful store" objectives
- Defining the annual sales targets/budget/forecast
- Determine and monitor objectives and sales targets according to budget/forecasts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Optimizing the store contribution
- Monitoring all expenses and costs within the store in order to achieve positive store
contribution and be in line with the set budget objective
- Pushing ongoing growth of the store's turnover
- Maintenance of store in line with budget requirements
- Identifying store investments and making appropriate suggestion to the Director of Retail
- Managing store operations: Replenishment, regular and year-end inventories, visual merchandising, etc.
- Health, safety and security regulations: Ongoing control of store security, compliance with procedures
- Pro-activity on store attribution
- Managing administration tasks and reporting
Leadership and Management
- Making sure that Sales Consultants profiles match accordingly to the sales and brand strategy.
- Taking ongoing actions around motivation Sales Consultants according to the sales and brand strategy and acting as their mentor
- Recruitment, evaluation and career development of Management Team and Sales Consultants in cooperation with the Director of Retail and HR
- Compliance with Grooming Standards
- Training and development of the Sales Consultants in order to achieve best business results
- Guarantee an optimum relay of information within the store and an excellent and transparent ascending and descending communication flow.

OPERATIONS
Assist in preparation, coordination and ensuring complete and accurate physical inventory per Company guidelines

Ensure accuracy of Company in store promotions and merchandise markdowns
Maintains efficient and accurate back room operations to include stockroom organization and shipping/receiving
Ensures accuracy of all POS procedures and conducts training of POS System to staff
OPERATIONS
Has a strong knowledge of the alteration process and fitting a client for alterations
Opens and closes the store performing all tasks to Company standard
Supports in the preparation and facilitation of required Store Meetings
Maintains standards of cleanliness and organization
Maintain store and staff safety

Consistently demonstrates Relationship Selling Skills to achieve and exceed planned daily, weekly and monthly sales goals set by Store Management
Demonstrates the Relationship Selling Skills from The St. John Experience: The Client program to actively develop new clients and further develop existing client relationships

Maintains client book to standard and generates sales utilizing the client book through appointments and daily correspondence with clients
Demonstrates strong product knowledge; keeps updated on new products, marketplace and fashion trends

cash, merchandise, and company property.
Product: Support the direction of the brand through merchandise assortments appropriate to store
market and promote the use of Product Knowledge as a tool to enhance employee productivity, sales,
and service levels.
In partnership with Store Management:
Analyze the business to provide specific weekly store trends, assortment needs, and guest feedback to
merchant team.
Embrace brand direction by integrating product knowledge education and fashion direction with the store
team on a daily basis.
Presentation: Communicate the Tommy Bahama lifestyle through brand execution, both visual and experiential.
In partnership with Store Management:
Ensure merchandising and visual standards are executed and sales maximized while maintaining brand
philosophy and direction.
Ensure employee appearance appropriately reflects the Tommy Bahama brand image.
PARADISE: Responsible for embracing, articulating, and reflecting the Tommy Bahama Culture.
Influence the store team to embrace, articulate, and reflect the PARADISE Core Values.
Demonstrate the Tommy Bahama PARADISE Core Values in all business decisions and actions.
Commit to maintain the culture through the evolution of the business.

EXPERIENCE, TALENT AND EDUCATION
College Degree in Business or related field preferred.
2+ years retail experience
Management team supervision experience preferred.
